We provide free consultancy to our customers who need uninterrupted and clean energy to choose right power solutions.

Commissioning

The products sold can be commissioned by our expert technical service personnel upon request. In this case, travel, visa, accommodation expenses and daily basis technical service fees are borne by the customer.

After Sales Service

The products you have purchased from our company are under our company's guarantee for 24 months against material and workmanship defects.

For malfunctions under warranty, spare parts and technical support service via mail, phone or WhatsApp are provided at free of charge. If the malfunctions are solved by our technical service at customer premises, visa, travel and accommodation fees are belonging to the customer. Technical service fee is free of charge for failures within the warranty. In case of out of warranty, an additional daily service fee is paid.
